ABHISHEK VICE PRESIDENT, EVENTS Hometown - I hail from Madhubani, a small town in north-eastern India world-famous for its traditional art and paintings. But I spent a significant portion of my academic and professional career in Bangalore, India. Former industry - Prior to business school, I worked in the telecommunication sector as a software developer for two years. Why MBA - I pivoted into the non-profit sector to see the direct impact of my work and realized the need for an education in how to apply my problem-solving skills in a business context. Post MBA, I want to transition into strategy consulting. Fun Fact - I once spent nine months at a monastery teaching young monks English and Maths.
