The Foster Operations Club (FOC) empowers MBA students to connect students with industry leaders, offer recruiting support, and cultivate strong alumni engagement. Our members have secured roles in Amazon’s Leadership Programs, Apple Strategy roles and other big tech, with success across both Full-Time and Evening MBA cohorts.

Jens is a former Management and Strategy Consultant with a focus on Commercial Due Diligence. He also brings three years of experience in Financial Due Diligence, one year in Investment Banking, and four years in Audit. Incoming intern at Amazon Pathways program.
Debjyoti Samanta
Executive Vice President

Executive Vice President of the Operations Club, VP of Operations of Foster Consulting Society and 2025-26 Fritzky Fellow. Debjyoti is a former management consultant at ZS Associates, where he led global product and platform launches, delivering strategic outcomes for a top three U.S. pharma client across 80+ countries. This summer, he will be interning in Strategy & Insights at Merck, gaining deeper experience in the Big Pharma industry.
Aarushi Singla

Aarushi Singla is an MBA candidate at the Foster School of Business, University of Washington, with a background in digital transformation and marketing technology. Prior to her MBA, she worked with both early-stage startups and global firms, helping teams scale digital operations and build personalized campaign infrastructure. Now pivoting into product management, Aarushi is passionate about creating tools that solve real-world problems, especially in the health-tech space. Outside of work, Aarushi previously ran a group travel startup and still enjoys organizing memorable travel experiences for friends wherever she goes.
Taanya Singh

Taanya Singh is a full-time MBA student at the Foster School of Business with a background in product & program management at Microsoft. Before Foster, she led cross-functional initiatives that brought scalable tech solutions to life and collaborated closely with global teams. Taanya is passionate about creating meaningful user experiences and driving innovation at the intersection of business and technology.
Post-MBA, she aims to lead product strategy at a mission-driven tech company. Outside of work, she loves storytelling through design, mentoring early-career professionals, and finding the best coffee spots in every city she visits. Incoming intern at Amazon Pathways program.
Jordan Harris

After a seven-year career in the US Navy, Jordan comes to the Foster School of Business to broaden his knowledge base. He spent the majority of his naval career living in Japan and hopes to continue to work internationally after graduating from Foster.
