About

Our mission is to connect, prepare, and inspire Foster School MBA students who are interested in the field of Marketing. We accomplish this by:

  • Connecting students with each other, professors, alumni, and marketing professionals

  • Preparing students through exposure to current marketing trends and best practices with speaker events, company visits, and student-led discussions as well as advocating for continual curriculum improvements

  • Inspiring students and generating excitement about the field of Marketing

Leadership

The mission of the Foster Marketing Association (FMA) is to be the most valuable resource for students interested in the marketing industry. The FMA Board strives to broaden your exposure to the themes and trends of marketing in the business world through the collaboration of our members, officers, faculty, alumni, and distinguished speakers.

ALEXIS GOODRICH  PRESIDENT    Alexis is a Seattle native and came to Foster after spending the last decade in pursuit of sunny weather. After founding a company out of college, she continued working for a variety of startups, including a year abroad in Sydney, Australia. Most recently, as a product marketing manager for a mid-stage startup in San Francisco, she developed a deeper passion for leveraging customer insights into smarter business decisions. Alexis is enthusiastic about giving customers a voice and building products that people love which leads her to Vulcan this summer where she is joining as a Senior Product Manager. She's thrilled to carry the FMA legacy forward and is excited to continue building connections in the Seattle community and beyond.

ALEXIS GOODRICH

ZARA MAHMOOD

VICE PRESIDENT, COMPANY OUTREACH
