Hao Quach is a first-year MBA candidate at the Foster School of Business, specializing in Product Marketing. With nearly a decade of experience in the gaming industry, Hao has worked across mobile, social casino, and interactive entertainment — holding roles at Jam City, FoxNext, and Penn Entertainment, where he led product and live-ops initiatives that drove measurable player engagement and revenue growth.
As Co-President of Level Up!, Hao is passionate about bridging the gap between aspiring business leaders and the games industry. He brings firsthand knowledge of how product, marketing, and design intersect in game development, and is committed to creating opportunities for Foster students to connect with professionals shaping the future of digital entertainment.
August Rose Hoffman

August Hoffman is a first year MBA Candidate at the Foster School of business with four years of experience in general marketing and a special focus in social media marketing. He is passionate about video games and hopes to pursue a career in Product Marketing post graduation.
As Co-President of Level Up! August hopes to bridge the gap between the students at Foster and the gaming industry at large by engaging the class and putting together quality events.
Brian Christopher Peguillan

Brian Peguillan is a first year Evening MBA candidate. With over a decade of experience in leadership, product management, and supply chain roles, Brian hopes to bring a varied skill set to the gaming industry post graduation. He is an Army veteran and has worked for major Seattle area companies like McKinstry and Amazon Web Services.
As VP of Finance for Level Up!, Brian is passionate about putting on quality events, helping introduce students to the gaming industry and connecting like minded individuals with industry professionals and each other. He brings firsthand knowledge of how logistics and operational planning that will help ensure high quality events and bring Level Up! To the next level.
