Through inclusive programming, storytelling, and collaboration, we aim to celebrate Latinx heritage, expand representation in business leadership, and create pathways for success within and beyond Foster.
As we look ahead to 2024–2025, we are committed to building bridges across cohorts, supporting prospective students, and amplifying Latinx voices in the classroom, the workplace, and the broader Seattle community.

LUZ AGUIRRE RAMIREZ

Luz has six years of experience in non-profit management and higher education. She is passionate about consulting, sustainability, and social impact. Pre-MBA, she served as the Senior Program Director at Enterprise for Youth in San Francisco, where she developed internship programs and managed stakeholder engagement. In her free time, Luz enjoys traveling back home to Mexico and reading Spanish fiction.
Nicolas Picon

Nicolas is originally from Bogotá, Colombia. Prior to pursuing his MBA, he worked as an operations and product manager at a biotech startup in New York, where he discovered his passion for entrepreneurship and venture capital. He is actively involved in the Latino community and is dedicated to empowering Latino founders and professionals through mentorship, education, and meaningful connection. Outside the classroom, Nicolas enjoys playing soccer and exploring new places.
