Through inclusive programming, storytelling, and collaboration, we aim to celebrate Latinx heritage, expand representation in business leadership, and create pathways for success within and beyond Foster.

BRAXTON LEE ALLRED

< Braxton is a former Product Manager at Global Integrated Flooring Solutions, where he led cross-functional teams to launch four product lines over five years during a major market expansion. He also provided technical support and training to a network of 45 dealers across the U.S. and Canada. Previously, Braxton worked in the nonprofit sector as a Country Coordinator, supporting initiatives in women’s health, sanitation, and refugee relief, including coordinating stakeholder efforts in Moria Camp, Greece.
CARLA ALIAGA VALLADARES

Carla Aliaga is originally from Lima, Peru. With a background in financial services, strategy, and digital transformation, she has experience leading cross functional initiatives, driving operational improvements, and launching customer focused AI solutions at BBVA Peru. She is currently pursuing her Full Time MBA at the Foster School of Business, focusing on product management, consulting, and technology strategy. Passionate about innovation and emerging technologies, Carla is excited to combine her strategic thinking, leadership experience, and customer centric mindset to drive impactful business solutions.
SUSAN SALINAS MONCADA
VP of Communications and Engagement

Susan Salinas was born and raised in Lima, Peru, where her curiosity for people and problem-solving first took root. From founding a nonprofit that reached 40,000 students during the pandemic, to advising startups across three continents, she has always been driven by a deep sense of community and purpose. Now pursuing her MBA at the Foster School of Business, Susan brings a strong foundation in consulting and digital transformation, and is channeling that experience into a pivot toward marketing, with a vision to build a more inclusive tech and business world.
