This data collection and visualization project is run by students, for students. It is intended to help Foster FT MBA students benchmark and negotiate their internship and full-time job offers. As Foster MBA students, we pride ourselves in our ability to come together and create a better future not only for ourselves, but also for those who will follow in our footsteps. It is highly encouraged that as many current students as possible share their information over their two years in the program - the more data we collect, the better data you will have in hand as you assess and negotiate your job offer.

How To Access the Compensation Dashboard
Click the “View Dashboard” link above; if you are a Foster Full Time MBA student and you receive the “You need Permission” message, click “Request Access” and your access will be granted.
